Precision Consulting Firm

Business Consulting built around your actual readiness

Most consulting firms hand you a proposal before they understand your situation. We start differently. Answer five short questions below and we will tell you exactly which of our services fits, what it costs roughly, and whether we are even the right partner.

No sales call required. No obligation. Just clarity.

Capability map

We do not sell a single product. Each engagement draws from a library of capabilities that we assemble around your specific situation.

Revenue architecture

Pricing models, channel strategy, sales process redesign. Typical engagement: 8 to 12 weeks. Suited to firms with £500k+ turnover that have plateaued.

Operational tightening

Workflow mapping, cost reduction, supplier renegotiation. We embed with your team for 4 to 6 weeks and leave behind a documented playbook, not a slide deck.

Strategic clarity sprint

A focused 3-week engagement for leadership teams who need a decision framework, not more data. Includes two facilitated off-site sessions and a written strategic brief.

Change stewardship

Mergers, restructures, pivots. We act as an interim programme lead, handling stakeholder communication, risk registers, and integration timelines. Engagements run 3 to 9 months.

Board advisory retainer

Ongoing monthly access for established firms. Two half-day sessions per month, asynchronous email support, quarterly reviews. Minimum 6-month commitment.

Founder coaching

One-to-one sessions for solo founders and early-stage leaders. Weekly 75-minute calls, accountability tracking, and a personal operating model document delivered at the end of a 10-week cycle.

What an engagement actually looks like

Diagnostic conversation

A 45-minute call where we listen, ask hard questions, and decide together whether to proceed. No charge, no pitch deck.

Scoping document

Within five working days you receive a written scope: objectives, deliverables, timeline, fee, and a clear exit clause if things change.

Embedded work

We work alongside your people, not from a separate office. Weekly check-ins keep everyone aligned. You see drafts, not just a final report.

Handover and follow-up

Every engagement ends with a documented handover. Sixty days after completion we schedule a free review call to see what stuck and what needs adjusting.

Collaborative workspace where consulting engagements take place
Our approach centres on working inside your environment, not from ours.

What clients say after the work is done

We hired them to sort out a messy post-acquisition integration. They moved in, mapped every process conflict in the first fortnight, and had a resolution plan running by week three. The team stayed calm because someone credible was steering the ship.

R. Owens COO, a Welsh manufacturing group

I was sceptical about coaching. But the founder sessions gave me a weekly structure I had never managed to build on my own. My decision-making got faster and my revenue grew 22% in the cycle.

T. Kapoor Founder, a SaaS startup in Bristol

Their strategic clarity sprint forced our board to stop debating and start choosing. Three weeks felt short, but the output was a decision framework we still use eighteen months later.

L. Meredith Chair, a regional charity

Common questions

Do you work outside Wales?

Yes. About half our clients are elsewhere in the UK. We travel for on-site work and run remote sessions when geography makes weekly visits impractical. The diagnostic call is always remote.

What if we realise mid-engagement that the scope needs to change?

Every scoping document includes a change clause. If the original brief no longer fits, we pause, re-scope, and agree new terms before continuing. You are never locked into work that has become irrelevant.

How do fees work?

We quote fixed fees for defined scopes. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices. For retainer arrangements, we agree a monthly amount with a 30-day exit notice on either side.

Can you work alongside our existing advisers?

Frequently do. We coordinate with accountants, solicitors, and in-house teams. Clear role boundaries get documented in the scoping phase so nobody duplicates effort.

What industries do you specialise in?

Our strongest track record is in professional services, manufacturing, logistics, and technology. That said, many of our methods are sector-agnostic. If we genuinely lack the domain knowledge for your industry, we will tell you upfront.
